Our Commitment to the Mountain West
Outlaw Foundation is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of the people, places, and landscapes in the Mountain West. In collaboration with like-minded nonprofits, we leverage Outlaw Partners' world-class events, marketing, media, real estate and development projects to raise funds. Our goal is to directly contribute to the betterment of the region and forge lasting positive impacts. Since inception, Outlaw Partners has raised over 4 million dollars in funds for charitable donation and is excited to continue the work with Outlaw Foundation. The Outlaw Foundation is a private benefit tax-exempt corporation organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
This summer, Wildlands Music, featuring Carrie Underwood, Riley Green, LeAnn Rimes and Kaitlin Butts, will host the sixth annual conservation event supporting wild and scenic places in Southwest Montana and beyond. Wildlands and the Outlaw Foundation will support the event’s Lead Conservation Partner, PERC, The Property and Environment Research Center. Together they will celebrate the importance of these wild and scenic places that the organizations directly support.
Wildlands nonprofit partners benefit from 6+ different fundraising activities and awareness of their important mission for conservation through ticket and sponsor sales, volunteer donations, merchandise sales, silent auction items, and the Wildlands Music Charity Night. In 2025 Wildlands Music and Outlaw Foundation supported American Rivers and the Center for Large Landscape Conservation through the fifth annual Wildlands Music conservation event. Headlining the 2025 event was Dave Matthews, with Lukas Nelson and Molly Tuttle. The Wildlands Auction set the stage with over $600,000 revenue, raising the total to $700,000 with donations. On the final night, Dave Matthews announced that his family would match donations, putting the total at a record breaking $1.3 million.

In 2026 the Big Sky PBR is celebrating its 15th Anniversary and aims to continue the event's impactful charitable work. This summer’s calcutta partners will include MSU Athletics, Big Sky Bravery and Warriors & Quiet Waters.
In 2025, the Outlaw Foundation supported Big Sky PBR calcutta recipients by raising $750,000. Supported organizations included Warriors & Quiet Waters, Big Sky Bravery and MSU Athletics.

2025 Big Sky PBR Highest Scored Rider Terms:
$100 per line. The names of the riders will be filled in on the day of the event, using the official list of riders as provided by the Big Sky PBR. After the list is filled in, if your RIDER scratches or is withdrawn from the event for any reason, you are not entitled to a refund - your play is over. If your RIDER scratches or is withdrawn from the event for any reason and is replaced by another rider, you retain that substitute RIDER. If a RIDER previously assigned a number is moved, you retain the NUMBER, not the RIDER. The number line with the highest, single ride scored is the winner of $2,000, with the remaining $2,000 benefiting Outlaw Foundation (501c3). The Big Sky PBR will confirm the highest, single ride scored immediately following the completion of the event. The Big Sky PBR has the final say on the highest, single ride scored at the event. Any official results reported after the event will not affect the outcome of this board. Each $100 paid entry automatically enrolls you to win two General Admission tickets to the event. The name of the winner of the tickets will be randomly selected once the board is sold out.
